Is there a difference in the levels of DHA/EPA in farmed vs. wild salmon?

A Canadian study reported that farmed and wild Atlantic salmon had 855 and 749 mg of DHA/EPA (sum) per 100 gm of fish. It is noteworthy that the amount of omega-3 fatty acid in farmed fish will reflect the amount of DHA/EPA added to the feed in the fish farming operations.
