Does eating 3 servings (100 gm/serving) of fish per week provide enough DHA for a pregnant women?

It is most likely that eating salmon , herring, mackerel, likely rainbow trout, and some others will give an average intake of at least 200-300 mg DHA/day (as advised by some expert committees). Many leaner fish, if consumed three times/week, would not meet these target levels.
