Can you recommend a specific brand of omega-3-6-9?

The DHA/EPA Omega-3 Institute would not endorse any specific brand of 3-6-9. It is noted that numerous papers in the scientific/ clinical field have noted that there is already a high consumption of omega-9 (as oleic oil acid) in human diets and that the human body has the metabolic capacity to synthesize this mono-unsaturated fatty acid. Furthermore, there is a relatively high intake of omega-6 fatty acid (mainly as linoleic acid from plant and animal sources) in the diets of North Americans and others. There is considerable evidence that the very low intakes of marine/fish-derived DHA/EPA are responsible for premature lifestyle-related mortality in North America.
